This stress-relieving full-service collection is essential for clients who may have a hectic schedule, who resides out-of-the area or those who can easily become overwhelmed with the planning process. Creations by Ly will assist in the entire planning process beginning with design concept, budget development to managing onsite activities throughout the event.

Planning & Coordination

  • Dedicated planner who will provide professional advice and guidance either in-person, by phone and/or email for the planning, organization and execution of all event details, to facilitate ceremony rehearsal; and on-site coordination and management on event day
  • Detailed meeting to discuss your wedding vision
  • Develop budget forecasts for all desired items, schedules, checklists, etc.
  • Research and provide vendor recommendations for event needs and feasibility based on client preference and budget parameters (photographers, videographers, DJs, bands, stationers, linens, lighting, chairs, rentals, bakery, transportation, officiate, hair and make-up artists, attire, etc.)
  • Vendor Management:
    • Set-up appointments with service providers and attend as deemed necessary
    • Negotiate services ensuring the best quality and value while remaining within budget parameters
    • Review proposals and terms of final contracts with selected service providers
    • Collaborate with service providers once contracts are in place and attend follow up meetings as deemed necessary
    • Prepare, order and/or proof service provider order details (e.g. catering Banquet Event Order, rental order)
    • Manage deposits and payment schedule
  • Arrange hotel room blocks and coordinate room drops of event information and/or welcome swag gifts
  • Create and manage wedding websites and gift registry
  • Order, assemble, hand calligraphic addressed and mail save-the-dates and wedding invitations
  • Assist with selection of favors, gifts and welcome swag bag items and manage order placement and required assembly as needed
  • Receive and track RSVPs to establish accurate headcount; make follow-up calls to guests who have yet to reply

Event Design

  • Produce the creative vision for the event:
    • Establish color palettes, theme and design concepts
    • Create personalized inspiration boards
    • Develop event space floor plan schematics
    • Construct DIY project plan, as deemed necessary
  • Arrange and coordinate table top mock-up
  • Provide support with phrasing and design of printed materials and paper goods — save-the-dates, invitation suite, menus, place cards, programs, thank you cards, placard signage, etc.
  • Prepare and order requested and/or required rental items (specialty linen, chairs, draping, lounge furnishings, props, etc.)
