The Grace Collection is dedicated to formulating event design concepts that are a natural reflection of you as a couple. Getting to know you is an essential first step in crafting a design that evokes your personality, vision and style. We offer flexible event design options that provide guidance every step of the way (some of which also includes onsite design coordination and implementation) or a project plan that provides you with the necessary tools to carry out the creative vision with complete suggestions and ideas on all applicable design-related matters.
This collection can also be perfectly paired with our day-of coordination service or as a stand alone service.
Beauty in the details may include:
- Detailed meeting to discuss the creative vision and budget forecasting
- Produce the creative vision for the event:
- Establish color palettes, theme and design concepts
- Create personalized inspiration boards
- Develop event space floor plan schematics
- Construct DIY project plan, as deemed necessary
- Vendor recommendation
- Fully coordinate with service providers associated with the event design (e.g. florist, lighting and rental company)
- Arrange and coordinate table top mock-up (additional fees may apply)
- Provide support with phrasing and design of printed materials and paper goods — save-the-date cards, invitations, menus, place cards, programs, thank you cards, placard signage, etc.
- Prepare and order requested and/or required rental items (specialty linen, chairs, draping, lounge furnishings, props, etc.)
- Includes six (6) hours of onsite design coordination and implementation
